Kendall was an exceptional care coordinator during one of the hardest times in my life. He handled every detail of my mom’s transition. He assisted patiently with locating the perfect board and care. He helped coordinate her hospital discharge with thoroughness, compassion, and genuine dedication. He coordinated medical transport, gathered hospital paperwork, arranged necessary medical equipment, and personally ensured mom arrived home comfortably. Kendall consistently checked in, advocated for her needs, supported hospice coordination, and even offered heartfelt condolences when she passed. His care went far beyond his job description, and I’m deeply grateful for the kindness and professionalism he showed our family.

Our 77-year-old mother was hospitalized in Los Angeles and in need of long-term housing in Palm Springs upon discharge. Doug was fantastic. I had to get my cousin into a memory care facility. I live in Pennsylvania and Doug went above and beyond to make this happen. He even set up Zoom visits of facilities for me. Then when I got to California for the move, he coordinated everything. He even brought my cousin his favorite smoothie to "smooth" the transition. I could not have done this from 2000 miles away without Doug! Thank you

Anyone who is looking for a place for a parent or relative who requires assisted living could not find a better resource than Kendall Forbes and Assisted Living Locators of Greater Palm Springs. Kendall helped my husband and I find fantastic place for my mother to live while she's recovering from a debilitating accident. Kendall handled everything including scheduling, transportation and assisting us with the transfer from her rehab facility to the new home. Kendall is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to communicate with. He is definitely worthy of five stars.
